How to Run Regression and where we can see coverage report

1.How to run regression inside the ahb_avip project
2.How to check the coverage report and Assertions report.
3.Running the test cases using Questa sim tool.

The commands and explanations are for the Questa tool.

Inside this ahb_avip project go inside the sim directory inside the questaSim directory,

ahb_avip/sim/questaSim/

Run command:

make regression testlist_name=AhbRegression.list

Just type make for more information like compilation and simulation.

This AhbRegression.list file is present inside the ahb_avip/src/hvlTop/tb/testList and inside this file, all the test cases names are Present.

When you execute the regression, it will automatically generate a complete coverage report.

Copy this above generated report line and run it will open the coverage report in Firefox,

firefox merged_cov_html_report/index.html &

If you want to open the assertions property Report, just follow the pictures below.
-For assertions Report
open the firefox link the below window will be displayed

Click on the Assertion to view the Assertion Report

If you want to open the Cover property Report, just follow the pictures below.
-For Cover Property Report
open the firefox link the below window will be displayed

Click on the Directives to view the Cover Property Report
