more elaborate undetermined statistics

Tying undetermined indices (mismatch levels) with their best candidate should be included and visualized as a QC metric.
Parsing this would make barcode debugging a lot easier as well.

Optionally (but less easy to implement), we pull index phreds by default. This'd require writing them out, though.
