- Yes, I’ve tested on the latest release
Description
Expected Behavior
When opening a saved mission plan that was originally planned with "calc above terrain" altitude data, I expect the altitude data to load with the calculated AMSL altitude for it to maintain the set "above terrain" altitude. For instance, I want the whole mission to fly 250ft above the terrain and have each waypoint setup to be "calc above terrain", when generating a new mission, it will properly calculate the actual AMSL altitude to result in the waypoint being 250ft above the terrain.
Current Behavior
When opening up a saved mission plan, it will load all actual AMSL to be 250ft, instead of the AMSL calculated for it to be 250ft above terrain. For instance, the calculated AMSL in my mission plan is roughly 750 Ft AMSL, but opening the saved mission plan will set all wapoint altitude to 250ft AMSL instead and there is no way to have it auto refresh all waypoint to calculate the AMSL for it to be 250ft above terrain. I have to basically make a new mission from scratch to have it calculate the above terrain AMSL altitude.
Steps To Reproduce
- plan mission with "calc above terrain" waypoints and set a height above terrain to fly
- save the mission file using the save to file option
- open the same file again in the route planner , now all AMSL are incorrectly set and cannot be refreshed correctly.
