Ability to manage trackers #6

Sometimes I need to manage the trackers for a torrent. Currently there's no way (that I can find) to view/edit/manage the trackers a torrent is using.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to see the trackers visible/editable in a few areas.
- When opening the Details tab of a torrent, it'd be nice to see the current tracker in use.
- Add a Trackers tab where all the trackers can be viewed, with buttons to add/remove/edit/reorder/etc.
- Consider "update tracker" & "edit tracker" buttons in the context menu, a-la deluge's own webui.
Describe alternatives you've considered
The only alternative to me at the moment is to use deluge's own webui for this, or to load up the gtk app, both of which require me to be at the PC.
