UI: Seeding and downloading items look far too similar #12

Describe the bug
One of these is complete and seeding, one is downloading. Can you tell which?
Both have the same colour for the loading bar, and nearly the same colour for the state label (downloading, seeding).
Expected behaviour
Torrents in different states should be much more visually different, making their state obvious.
A different coloured loading bar when still downloading (even if at 99.98%) would help convey that well. Maybe a green bar.
Also, we need to bear accessibility in mind, so the colour for the states themselves (seeding, downloading) should be different, and have a decent contrast against the dark background.
