Issue recovering authentication codes after changing device

Hello Authenticator team,

I’m reaching out because I encountered a problem after switching to a new device. I was using Authenticator for two-factor authentication on several accounts, including Facebook Ads.

After migrating to the new phone, I noticed that my authentication codes did not transfer, and now I’m unable to access my accounts. I contacted Facebook support, and they advised me to get in touch with you to check if there’s any way to recover or restore my authentication codes so I can regain access.

Could you assist me with this? If you need any additional information to verify my account or identity, please let me know what’s required.
