IPhone Failure #451
Description
My iPhone promax 13 broke in December 2024. When I upgraded my new phone the 2FA information did not transfer over. I have tried to get it shut off with Facebook. I have called iTunes for access to my encrypted back up. I even emailed Matt Rubin for help. I can not accept being locked out of my social media account because there is no trouble shooting for this. How can we fix this issue?
