Chef-Metal support

It would be interesting to support Chef-Metal as a provider option so we can spin up:

Cloud:

• FOG: EC2, DigitalOcean, OpenStack, etc.

Virtualization:

• Vagrant: VirtualBox, VMWare Fusion, etc.
• VSphere

Containers:

• LXC
• Docker

Bare Metal:

• SSH (no PXE)
  bare metal (pxe boot machines), cloud instances (using fog ec2, digital ocean..) vitualization, containers (LXC, docker)

@jloveland I'm actually planning on rewriting Spiceweasel a bit for 3.0 to become a yaml/json to chef-metal front-end.
