Fix the blog post and update time stamps being switched #2758
Description
There is a bug in the blog gatsby-to-zola import script that confused the publishing and updating time stamps, so our historical blog posts have this info swapped: #2724 (comment)
We could fix it.
This is would be obsoleted by #2757 but comparing the effort, I think it's still worth having this issue for the shorter term.
