test(sdk): Test SendQueue::subscribe.

This patch updates the `assert_update` macro in the send queue test
suites to test that `SendQueue::subscribe` provides the same data that
`RoomSendQueue::subscribe`. It ensures `SendQueueUpdate` won't miss
an update.
