Docking multiple groups in the same popout window

Each popout window can contain a single group with many panels and you can have as many popout windows as needed. You cannot dock multiple groups together in the same window.

Any idea why dockview limits groups in popout windows?
@mathuo do you think it's possible to get rid of this limitation?
