View Support (Could transition data explorer to this) #4926
Description
Problem
I notice a lot of issues asking for view support, and have run into some issues with the data explorer that I think could be handled by making it be view support.
For the data explorer the main features that would be useful are:
- access control
- ability to quickly duplicate so I can make changes
- to save my filters I make in the table to be saved
- arguably the separate data explorer UI is redundant if view can act as saved filters in the main page
Proposed solution
A transition to the data explorer to act as semantic and visual wrapping for View support
