Reactivity problem with cell value in Data Explorer table inspector

Description

In the Data Explorer, the cell value in the table inspector only updates when the cell selection changes. It doesn't update when the data changes.

I stumbled upon this while working on #3037. I may try to fix it if I can see an easy path. If not, I'll leave this ticket open. I recommend that anyone who would like to pick this up please wait until after #3037 is merged (or you'll have to contend with merge conflicts).
