In Safari, selecting cells also selects their contents

@rajatvijay would you be interested in taking this up? I think we ought to try hard to get this in the next release.

Interestingly, I had a need last week to disable user selection under similar circumstances, and I handled it via JS like this

1. When the user begins dragging, I do:

   window.addEventListener('selectstart', disableSelect, true);

2. That calls disableSelect, which is:

   function disableSelect(event: Event) {
     event.preventDefault();
   }

3. Then when the user stops dragging, I do:

   window.removeEventListener('selectstart', disableSelect, true);

This seems to work well, including in Safari. Maybe we could adopt that approach for the cell selection too?

@rajatvijay @seancolsen This issue is high priority since it's a regression and it also affects the copy feature on Safari implemented in #2773.

Since we would have #2773 for 0.1.2 as it is merged, it would be best if we can have this for 0.1.2 as well.

I'm not explicitly placing this on the milestone but @rajatvijay it'd be great if you could start work on it as soon as possible.
