Description
The toast examples don't work. It might have something to do with M not being export.
By the way, could you guys please add exporting of M just like in the old version: https://github.com/Dogfalo/materialize/blob/v1-dev/dist/js/materialize.js#L1061. Cause it seems tricky to use it if you add this package as a dep and import it inside of a module.
