Description
Expected behaviour
In various window managers when you scroll up/down (mouse wheel or two finger on touchpad) on a titlebar it will shade/unshade it.
I request adding an option similar to /org/mate/marco/general/action-middle-click-titlebar to allow the user to perform an option of their choice when done. Currently I use action-middle-click to shade it, but I would rather scroll it to toggle shading it and give action-middle-click to toggle having a window always on top.
I can see others online discussing this issue, eg:
https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?t=336967
XFWM (GPLv2, same as Marco) does it by detecting Button4 and Button5:
https://gitlab.xfce.org/xfce/xfwm4/-/blob/master/src/events.c?ref_type=heads#L810 (in case of line change search mousewheel_rollup).
Actual behaviour
No such option exists
