Feature Request: ability to link search criteria in URL #632

I'm not entirely sure how it might be done, probably with GET variables for the criteria, but I would like the ability to link people the server list with search criteria already filled out.
This would be helpful in bringing new people in through this method, as I can give them an appropriate list of servers without having to walk them through anything, as I sometimes do. The specific case I was considering this for, at the moment I decided to put in the request, was giving the European users on TechHub a suggestion on servers they might move to, as moderating for users who don't speak English, French, or Spanish has been a bit of a hassle.
