[BUG] v3 Bond Boon not automatic, taking up Bond Power slot #2818
Description
In the current dev version, Bond Boons (e.g. Boon of the Star) are treated as normal Bond Powers that must be chosen rather than being rewarded automatically upon choosing a veteran power.
