[Feature Request] search bar highlighted

• Why is the search bar highlighted when opening the app. Even the keyboard pops up automatically.
  I don't like that behavior. Could this be made optional?
  More than that, I would like to be able to set a default folder that opens when starting the app.

• Also, I think the pop-up menu (from the three lines at the top right of the screen) should close automatically when "tapping somewhere\anywhere on the screen" and not just by tapping the three lines again.

• Why is there no "Open with" menu option?

I suggest you divide this issue into 3, each for its own suggestion, and to explain why and how each feature request would help use the app :) it's much easier for maintainers to assess them and understand why they are needed 👍
