Provide localized card names

For some apps, it might be useful to have translated card names available from within the API.

The endpoint for spanish card names might be, for example, /api/cards/es

I believe this issue is very low priority until we solve everything else.
it'll add more complications for maintenance.

but if enough people show interest and @martincarrera approves, I can contribute with full Arabic translations.
