[🐛Bug]: Wrong version in manifest.json / issues manually updating

Describe the bug
When installing through HACS the version shown in the integration seems to be 0.8.0 while the latest on the repo is 0.8.2 (which is also shown in hacs).
When i download the zip from the release on github the manifest json shows 0.8.0 as well. I was getting really confused about being on the latest version since i am trying to hunt down another issue :)

When downloading the repo contents and overwriting the local files it will show 0.8.2 on the integrations page. (But all existing sensors break and lots of erros happen if you do so) So maybe it was missed when creating a release?

I already removed all files manually and reinstalled through hacs three times being confused :)

Just to add it:
when i download the main.zip like it says in the readme and overwrite my local files:

Updated the Readme.
To use the latest release its better to use https://github.com/martinarva/dynamic_energy_cost/releases/latest
Can you check if you still have issus with the release above?

@BDVGitHub i will check this evening. Trying some statistics stuff today and i do not want to interrupt it at this moment. But tonight should not be a problem.
I see there is also changes to the sensor schemes in the config flow, i noticed before that all the total kWh meters etc. (extra attributes) where not there anymore when i updated from a lot older version to the 8.2 one. Does this fix that as well by any chance (if not and if you want i can create a seperate issue) ?

The problem with the manifest file should now be fixed in release v0.8.8

Sorry for the delay, total chaos here so i just got back to this.
Few things:

1. I updated using home assistants update notice -> Version under integration sows 0.8.6, also under community addons it shows 0.8.6.
2. Overwriting from the zip gives me 0.8.8 which seems correct.

So there still seems to be a mismatch, or is this wanted?

Other then that, when i update all sensor values reset to 0, which of course is really bad when keeping monthly statistics etc, so now my stats are broken again :') . Seems to happen consistently every time you update for all daily, hourly, weekly, monthly yearly values, the "manual" total value is maintained for some reason. I can create a second ticket for it if wanted.
