Source "unknown" after reloading ubundle

After a fresh installation of Windows, all information about previously installed packages should be available. Unfortunately, the package bundle returns the source "unknown" for all apps without a package manager, even though it is available in ubundle. This cannot be reliably determined from the ID. Furthermore, sorting by source would be more helpful.
