Cron job is missing

Hi folks,
tried to install cron job, message says, that Crontab has been generated and saved, but no records was found in it.

root@ubuntu:/opt/magento# bin/magento cron:install --force
Crontab has been generated and saved

Any suggestions, why it is so? Im lost. Thanks in advance.

Can this issue be related to docker magento SSH container is missing? Thanks in advance
