Bug: onSuccessfulDownloadevent not firing when books are manually set to downloaded

Unsure if this was a conscious decision or a bug, but due to concerns around hitting my private tracker usage limits, I do not have auto-download enabled. If I mark a pending request as downloaded, it doesn't fire an event to my notification service. Noting this as a bug unless this was a conscious decision, and if it was I can make a feature request for configuring notifications to fire on manual update
