Duplicate dependency download

Problem

When a dependecy has similar subdependencies as the current repo or other dependencies it should not

Solution

it should by default customize the dependency remappings to match the source of the parent folder and have all the dependencies here (even the subdependencies or in a generic "subdependencies" subfolder)

Thanks for the suggestion. To help me understand, could you detail what is the problem with the current approach? Why it is that you want to centralize all sub-dependencies in the same folder? Does it solve a specific problem you are having?

Also, the suggestion to manipulate the remappings is probably not the way to go, as this would alter the checksum that is being calculated for each installed dependency. Also, foundry has an automatic remappings detection mechanism that only works if the files are in their default location. I am not sure that we could do this without introducing breakage.

For a lot of dependencies, they still rely on the git-submodule way of installing sub-dependencies (forge install) which would not be compatible with a centralized approach.
