Always spawn as a random gta5 ped with no option to create character in clothing menu

Tried this with vanilla clothing (standard qb clothing) and illenium-appearance. Still always spawns as a random gta5 ped. If anyone knows how to actually get this working with illenium or at all, please inform me. UI looks amazing though.
