Proposal: Adding description / disclaimer in the app

Do we need a description / disclaimer in the app to clarify, that this is a free community project? And that all assets belongs CGS and their partners?

Just a example text:

This is a companion app for Chronicles of Drunagor published by Creative Games Studio LLC. It is an fan-made free app.
All assets are copyrighted and are owned by CGS.
All german assets are copyrighted and are owned by Frosted Games. ...

Maybe we make a main page, where we can also include a description of this app itself?

Sure we can add a separate page for that. It hasn't been requested by any partners until now though
