Copy and paste metaG from another cluster to marbits

Bonjour, I am collaborating with a research group that has 16 metagenomes in their cluster and they want to send them to me (to Marbits) so that I can work with them. They told me they can send a command that allows me copying the metaG from their cluster and pasting them in smart but that first I have to ask if it is possible to do that here in term of rights. Could it be possible? :)
