Perhaps what you are looking for is the Wiki from GitHub? You can create wiki pages and link them in the DOCS section (https://github.com/marbits-icm/marbits-public/wiki). That section is a bit outdated (from the old GitLab days), though, but it can be worked on. Also, people do not receive notifications from GitHub unless they activate it. Consider copying this in the old Marbits SLACK group, so interested people can see it. |

Hello!
At the end of last year, a few of us said would be really useful for everyone but especially new users of marbits to have a repository with general scripts. I particularly have a lot of issues deciding how much mem and how many cpu to use in my scripts, even if you know how to run the program sometimes having other examples help you to be more efficient.
I would be happy to help but I'm no expert on bioinformatics so my scripts are probably not that great xdd However I can help to manage it and create the structure and documentation.
I would like to know how many people is willing to help.
Cheers,
Carla.
