Error when trying to run Flye

Hello,
I want to use Flye to assembly a metagenome sequenced with PacBio-Hifi but when I try to load it this message shows up:

(base) [cpereira@marbits vidy]$ module load flye
USAGE: Activate module with conda activate flye-2.8.3
USAGE: Activate module with conda activate flye-2.8.3
(base) [cpereira@marbits vidy]$ conda activate flye-2.8.3

EnvironmentNameNotFound: Could not find conda environment: flye-2.8.3
You can list all discoverable environments with conda info --envs.

Does someone know what the problem might be and how to solve it?

Hi Carla,

we had to ove some conda environments to another location. You can activate it specifying the full path to the environment:

conda activate /mnt/smart/apps/condaEnvs/flye-2.8.3
