Hello, my shell cannot find the conda command, (and thus not activate any environment) did you guys change some permissions stuff that changed this?

True! The conda in the .bashrc points to /home/apps/miniconda, but it is empty.

(I removed the "everyone" tag so we don't spam people's e-mails, for now)

I think everything went back to normal (please report if somwthing goes wrong), but I was able to accomplish what led me to all the fuss today:

You all have now a 6 Gb quota on your /home directory. If you exceed that amount of used space, you'll have some time to get below the limit before the system blocks your ability to store more data. There's a hard limit of 7 GB. If you reach that amount of data you will get a quota exceeded error message and you won't be able to write anything until you go back down to less than 6 GB.

Six GB should be enough for you to have a small anaconda installation at your home if that is your inclination.
