- Create a place on GitHub for MaptimeLA image assets
- Update MaptimeLA website (need to figure out goals and an update plan)
- Create Templates for standard info and our go-to tools (for slides using Google Slides or Reveal.js and for Meetup event descriptions and emails):

- Location Logistics (transit, parking, bathrooms)

- Create a Calendar for future events and deadlines. Figure out how to incorporate into our workflow.
- Define a social media posting strategy and schedule.
- Create a shared understanding of our organizational purpose and how we present it (tending a garden?)
- Define organizing team roles and responsibilities.
- Define checklist of prep before events:
- Secure location
- Pull together logistic info for communication.
- Define social media schedule.
- Create social media graphics and copy for posting.

- Plan for post-event debriefs?
