  • Create a place on GitHub for MaptimeLA image assets
  • Update MaptimeLA website (need to figure out goals and an update plan)
  • Create Templates for standard info and our go-to tools (for slides using Google Slides or Reveal.js and for Meetup event descriptions and emails):
    • Host Intros
    • Sponsor Thank Yous
    • Location Logistics (transit, parking, bathrooms)
    • MaptimeLA background
    • OSM
    • HOTOSM
    • Mapillary
    • Upcoming/Future Events
  • Create a Calendar for future events and deadlines. Figure out how to incorporate into our workflow.
  • Define a social media posting strategy and schedule.
  • Create a shared understanding of our organizational purpose and how we present it (tending a garden?)
  • Define organizing team roles and responsibilities.
  • Define checklist of prep before events:
    • Secure location
    • Pull together logistic info for communication.
    • Define social media schedule.
    • Create social media graphics and copy for posting.
    • Create working slidedeck.
  • Plan for post-event debriefs?
