Combobox widths aren't being respected

It seems like the ability to set the width on a combobox is not currently respected. When configuring a long label and a small dropdown width, the dropdown piece shows as the same width whatever the size setting is within the component configuration page (about 50 characters wide currently).

Looks good to me @jonjomckay. Happy to test it across a few flows if you can stick it in staging.

I'm not really sure how, there's no plan for the UI in Bamboo...
