Is there a way to restore files/folders that were accidentally included in Manyfolds?

When I installed Manyfolds I pointed it to multiple folders containing STL files not realizing it would absorb ALL files, and not just the STL/SVG files I wanted to include. Is there a way I can restore all of the files to their original locations? Or easily find them in Manyfolds?

Manyfold shouldn't move files on disk unless you tell it to, so everything should still be in the same place in the library you pointed it to... does that seem right, or have things been moved on disk without you expecting it?

Hm, that's very odd, it certainly shouldn't do that. Can you provide any more details of your folders, docker setup, what's changed, and what you can now see within Manyfold?
