When I try to use (go get github.com/banthar/gl github.com/banthar/glu github.com/banthar/Go-SDL/sdl
) command I get the following error:

pkg-config --cflags sdl

Package sdl was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `sdl.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'sdl' found
exit status 1

github.com/banthar/gl

gl.go:6:21: error: GL/glew.h: No such file or directory

This means you don't have the SDL and GLEW libraries installed. On my Mac I used homebrew to install them both (brew install sdl glew) - there should be similar steps for other OSs.
