Getting the timezones for NL gives Brussels

When using the function getTimezonesForCountry with the id NL the response returns Europe/Brussels. Brussels is not in the netherlands so the correct thing would be that it only returns Europe/Amsterdam. Please fix.

I got interested in this issue because I had the same doubts. In the table here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_tz_database_time_zones, "Europe/Amsterdam" is marked as a "Link†" to the canonical timezone "Europe/Brussels". The article explains that "Link†" means:

A standard Link (as above). The dagger symbol (†) signifies that the zone was canonical in a previous version of the database. Historical data for such zones is still preserved in the source code, but it is not included when compiling the database with standard options.

Given that information, I think it is correct behavior that this library reports that the timezone of the country Netherlands is Europe/Brussels.
