Create a new release

Thanks for this nice package. It serves me well in my projects.

Could you please tag a new release? I realized, that the latest improvements for the thread safety (removal of data races) are not part of the latest tagged release v1.2.0, but only present in master. With this, everyone how includes this package with go get github.com/maniartech/signals will not get the concurrency save version of it.
