Unreliable / easily damaged connection on the Stemma QT cable to the jack

At least one report that one of the wires from the STEMMA QT cable connecting the pressure sensor to the LipSync Interface Cable breakout board was damaged - resulting in inconsistent behaviour. Likely the connection between the wire and the Dupont header.
