AT Commands over HW Serial

Hi -

I have managed to get my 9151 connect kit up and running nicely, able to connect to network and GNSS with AT commands via the USB shell.

I would like to send AT commands and recieve GNSS data via HW serial to interface with a host processor.

I have got horibbly lost defining custom overlays for a 9160 based project, so would really appeciate a hand,
