MCP error -32000: Connection closed

So I'm using Claude and their built-in Notion connector, which I assume uses Notion's hosted MCP. When executing fetch and search tool calls it's failing with "Error executing code: MCP error -32000: Connection closed" nine our of ten times, whether I'm in the Claude Desktop or web client.

(Apologies if this is Claude problem rather than a Notion MCP one - it's pretty hard to tell with just these errors)

(I'm now getting occasional Error executing code: WebSocket error: {"isTrusted":true} errors instead.)

Same for me, after ~5 mins in Claude Desktop i keep getting this, removing and connecting with oauth gain helps for 5 mins and this happens again - makes the mcp unusable
