Getting "local_key" parameter

Hi all,

I'm trying to add a new device to the Tuya Local integration on my HomeAssistant instance but seems I'm unable to find were to retrive the "local_key" parameter while trying to add a device manually.

From what I've seen on the repo, the related section has been removed and added a couple of times (an example is issue #1100 ) as well as couple of discussions here, yet I wasn't able to find a proper answer to this question.

Maybe I'm blind, but anyone willing to point in the right direction?

The relevant instructions were moved to a separate file recently, as most users will find it easier to use the cloud assisted setup.
