Default Mobile menu not working. when disable the mega menu the default mobile menu working perfectly.

The mobile menu is not toggling in luma theme.

I do see a problem with it loading easing.js, once that is resolved by either adding an easing.js file or removing the dependency the mobile nav works, but then the content blocks styling is messed up in the desktop nav putting a 0% width
