Adding Priority Condition to Messages

When one shopping cart rule takes priority over the other (can be set numerically per rule with 1 being highest) and is set to stop further rules from processing (on this page), any rule that takes a lower priority (thus not processed) will show the default is not valid message. Instead of something useful like, "Multiple Promotions Cannot be Applied" or "Promotions Cannot be Stacked".

Would you consider implementing that?
