Unable to Install

I try to install Enhancr on Windows 10, but the program closes immediately, it doesn't show errors or something
just show setup window and 2 seconds later it closes

(windows 10 version 22h2 Build 19045.5131)

compile app and install the python environment yourself

thats a good idea but i got another software named as EncodeGUI which has Rife 4.6 so not gonna do all compiling stuff
