Add CGDirectDisplayID wrapper? #738
Description
The core-graphics crate provides a wrapper around CGDirectDisplayID called CGDisplay.
Do we want to provide something similar? If so, under what name? And should we allow the ID for an invalid display 0?
As a reference, Swift does not seem to translate this (even though they translate other CoreGraphics types).
