Anthology running heads don't reflect individual book title or author

Instead they are just grabbing whatever is the author or title listed for the work in biblio and inserting that throughout the anthology.

This could be edited in the pdf.js, to try to insert the Part Title and Part Author from the containing Part div for inserted runhead elements, based on presence of anthology processing instruction (as passed or gsub'd by "setupPdfJSfile" method in metadatapreprocessing.js, or during a pdfmaker_preprocessing script).

It would need to fallback to current author values if Part author was not provided (currently not required by anthology documentation).
