angle brackets in text caused epub failure #200
Description
Not sure if this is due to the nature of usage in this file, or a global problem. In the epub html (chapter 25) it looks like the brackets are not getting encoded and are instead getting interpreted as HTML. Not sure if this would be an issue with htmlmaker_js workflow, which will be introduced near term.
Needs testing.
