Author name in Biblio has double-quotes: this is erroring in epub.xsl

The related error:

Error on line 2 column 111 of epub_tmp.html:
  SXXP0003: Error reported by XML parser: Attribute name "U-God" associated with an element
  type "meta" must be followed by the ' = ' character.

We worked around this with a bpi override (AUTHOR NAME:) so we could get an author-name without double-quotes. But obviously, this is only a workaround

This same issue breaks the .js run-heads insertion; the resulting pdf has no inserted run-heads or run-feet at all.
