At the moment yes, mainly because of the dynamic commands plugins (there seems to be something different in Python 3.12). And I didn't want to invest too much time in debugging or having different code for the Python versions. But as far as I understood it shouldn't be a problem, because pipx is providing the whole Python environment. Perhaps it is an issue because you have installed a previous version of pp-terminal.
