Improved CLI #3
Description
Currently, the only available Command-Line Interface (otp.py) has very limited functionality. If a user wants to find an efficient flight plan for a custom scenario, they have to program it in themselves or modify example.py. Ideally, both these functionalities would be combined into 1 proper CLI.
